Our Mission: The Freddy Jones Foundation supports single-parent families by designing key programs that advocate: Personal Growth, Community Leadership, and Educational Excellence.Our Purpose: Founded by NBA player Fred Jones in May 2006, The Freddy Jones Foundation. His nephew Dustin Jones, growing up in a single parent family, was the inspiration for the foundation. Freddy placed his resources and passion into creating programs that would provide the same extended support to others that was required for supporting his own family.What We Do: Assist the needs of single parent families, Promote leadership development and community service, Fight against youth obesity, Promote higher education, We promote PRIDE (Personal Responsibility In Developing Excellence)
